Week 14: Think long term

With so much uncertainty in the world it can be difficult to not look beyond the here and now and focus on the hurdles right in front of you. 

Investing is best thought of in the long-term. You can read an article on our website that should help you understand some of the benefits of thinking long-term (7 reasons why investing is for the long-term) and you’ll notice that there are a handful of proposed actions within it. 

Go and put the kettle on, and bring your drink back to a notepad and pencil, and ask yourself - what is your goal and what is your timeline? Is it investing money for retirement or something else?
